Medical Legal Cloud is a cloud based data services company specializing in handling case data for legal firms and expert witnesses. Experts using our services are not employees of Medical Legal Cloud. We do not provide reports. Medical Legal Cloud provides a service that works with both the legal team and their independent experts optimizing communication, data transfer, and processing.  Independent experts are not required to subscribe to our services and can work directly with their legal clients.

Medical Legal Cloud provides a number of services that are designed to enhance data handling, data organization of case data. Here is a list of some of the services we provide.

• Intake of raw case data in all forms. 
• Conversion of paper data into digital form. 
• Using OCR technology, convert all documents to a searchable format.
• Process data. This includes grouping data into logical folders. 
• Process and convert medical images to DICOM.
• Process medical records. If medical records are image reports, find and match corresponding images.
• Processing  and verification of image data such as MRI, CT, etc.
• Reporting missing data back to the legal firm - need to complete a medical record image set.

• Web-based PACS System.
• Cloud storage of data.
• Processed Data grouped into logical types. 
• All text based data is converted into searchable formats. i.e. searching a 1500 page medical records document.
• Handling direct courier drops of documents and next day delivery i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Dedicated case administrators. One contact to facilitate case data handling.

In addition to the benefits of the legal firms, an Independent Expert Witness will also have the following available to them. 

• Web-based PACS System.
• Image review and verification. 
• Making sure data is verified and processed by a Radiologic Technologist before your review.
• Production of records for depositions, etc.
• Access to your data 24/7 which includes medical records and images on your case.
• You set your own fee schedule.
• No exclusivity clause.
• We can provide dictation services through a third-party vendor for a nominal fee plus the amount of dictation you utilize monthly.
